- Items sent via delivery are none returnable. If your item was damaged in transit please liaise with the courier. I am not responsible for any damages made once the product has been sent however will ensure that packaging is sufficient and secure.
- Items that are received via local collection/delivery which are damaged can be returned for up to 28 days after receiving the product. I will collect the item from the specified locations free of charge and have the option to either have the product returned and redelivered in the specified locations after amendments to fix the problem or alternatively have a full refund.
- If you are simply unhappy with the item it can be returned within 28 days from dispatch. A full refund for the item cost will be given. If organised via delivery, delivery charges will not be refunded nor will the costs to deliver the item. If organised through local collection from the specified areas of this section this can once again be arranged for a full refund. If you would like me to collect the item from the specified local delivery areas the mileage costs specified in that section will be charged and deducted from the refund.
