Delivery by post (U.K. only)
- Delivery will be available on request. If you would like this option please make this clear when contacting to purchase an item so that delivery fees can be added to cost. Due to varying item sizes/weights I am unable to give an immediate or set price however I will organise delivery via Royal Mail and will only charge what Royal Mail charges for delivery.

Collection
Collection/local pickup will be available at no extra cost. Please message for more information and can be done through organising a meeting collection point. Areas available for this are:
- Rugby, Warwickshire
- Lubenham, Leicestershire
Please note: This will only be available at select times/days as i am a shift worker in a full time job. As a result these locations and times have specific availability to work around this
Local Delivery
Local delivery will be available but will include a small charge depending on distance. Charges will be £0.70 per mile outside of specified areas. Areas available for this are:
- Warwickshire and surrounding areas (charged per mile from Rugby, Warwickshire)
- Market Harborough and surrounding areas (Charged per mile from Lubenham, Leicestershire)
- Daventry and surrounding areas (charged per mile from Rugby, Warwickshire)

Returns
- Items sent via delivery are none returnable. If your item was damaged in transit please liaise with the courier. I am not responsible for any damages made once the product has been sent however will ensure that packaging is sufficient and secure.
- Items that are received via local collection/delivery which are damaged can be returned for up to 28 days after receiving the product. I will collect the item from the locations mentioned above free of charge and have the option to either have the product returned and redelivered in the above locations after amendments to fix the problem or alternatively have a full refund.
- If you are simply unhappy with the item it can be returned within 28 days from dispatch. A full refund for the item cost will be given. If organised via delivery, delivery charges will not be refunded nor will the costs to deliver the item. If organised through local collection from the specified areas of this section this can once again be arranged for a full refund. If you would like me to collect the item from the specified local delivery areas the mileage costs specified in that section will be charged and deducted from the refund.
